I picked up this
Green Yerba Mate from The Great Wall of Tea. The green variety is the least processed and it tastes as pure as it looks.
It is mild and grassy, leaving a smooth sweet after taste, which refreshes the palate. It has very low levels of caffeine and it contains potassium, manganese, and magnesium. I enjoy drinking this in the late afternoon, when I am feeling a bit sluggish or fatigued from heavy exercise. -M
